Is coding important?
Coding is very important for a digital marketer to learn for many reasons. The first reason coding is important to learn is because it is the modern-day language of the internet and as the world keeps progressing along coding will be a thing that is 100% required by all people of the workforce no matter your occupation. In the business, world coding is becoming very valuable and almost a requirement at some companies. Now, this doesn't mean you need to have a whole degree in coding but you need to be able to speak and read the language in order to excel in your field. so coding is very important due to it being almost a requirement nowadays and also because as a marketer you might not always have someone available to do coding for you so you'll need to know how to do some of it in order to complete tasks.
CodeAcademy:
CodeAcademy teaches users the basics of coding at a progressive level so each step builds on the next and it can teach you all the different basics to coding and the different languages being python, C++ C#, and PHP you can use these tools to create a website from scratch but a lot harder but more command over what you want.
Squarespace:
Squarespace is very good at making websites and digital storefronts a lot easier than coding a whole site with a lot of plug and play
WordPress:
WordPress has a lot more flexibility than the other website designer that we looked at but still not as much as if you were to flat out code the website out.

similarities:
Squarespace and WordPress are more of a website design page. A lot of plugs and play not much coding is required. lot less time consuming than Codeacademy
Differences:
CodeAcademy is very different from the other two due to the fact that it is strictly mainly coding which gives the create a lot more flexibility in the build of the site but a lot more time consuming and harder to do.
