  • Challenge everything and stand firm and strong in the face of inevitable skepticism, opposition, rumors, false reports, insinuations and slander.
  • Break the rules, not the law.
  • Take risks as the norm, not the exception.
  • Cut unnecessary deadlines, schedules, processes, reviews and bureaucracy.
  • Just get started; and fix problems as you go.
  • Build a product, not an organization; outsource as much as possible.
