We improve CNC parts' durability, performance and appearance with precision machining and finishing.

At Brüsch ApS, we offer to enhance the performance, wear, corrosion resistance, and overall appearance of your CNC machined parts through our precision machining services, using various finishing options.

Plating is a versatile finishing option suitable for most materials. Choose from zinc, nickel, tin, silver, gold, and more, depending on your specific needs.

For example, if you want to protect steel and iron from corrosion, zinc plating is an excellent choice. However, keep in mind that zinc should not be used in marine environments or at temperatures exceeding 210 degrees Celsius.

If you need a durable, corrosion- and wear-resistant finish, nickel plating is preferable. Nickel not only provides these protective qualities but also serves as an adhesive layer. Due to its strong bonding properties, nickel is often used as an undercoat for other coatings.

Tin plating is commonly chosen for its low cost and excellent soldering properties, making it popular in the electronics industry. Gold and silver plating, while more expensive, offer exceptional conductivity, solderability, and corrosion resistance. These fine metals often require a nickel undercoat to adhere properly to the surface of the part.

Considering the specific properties and applications of each plating material can help you make an informed decision that best suits your requirements, ensuring optimal performance and longevity for your parts.

We also provide high-quality Aluminum and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating services, delivering durable, corrosion-resistant finishes that enhance both the appearance and performance of your products. Whether you need lightweight protection or advanced surface treatment, our coatings ensure great results across a wide range of applications.
