I started my coaching career not too long ago and I figured I’d share with you how that’s going - and maybe convince you to invest in yourself and get yourself a solid ?? coach. #Me

So let me share my noteworthy experience with a client who reluctantly invested in a career coaching program for their team, and was gladly satisfied… ????♀?

So this founder reached out to me via LinkedIn with a goal:

We had an intensive 3-month coaching program and in summary, these are the significant transformations that took place:

? During our individual consultations, we were able to identify and hone unique strengths, enhancing their leadership styles.

  • Coaching is non-judgmental. The emphasis is on learning and growth; so trust in your coach and be ready to share
  • Coaching is not about imposing one's ideas or solutions on the coachee - it's not a dictatorship
  • Coaching is not therapy - it focuses not on the past but on the present and future, and how to achieve set goals
  • Coaching is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Unlike training, coaching delves deeper into the unique needs of an individual
  • Coaching is not a magic solution for instant success. It is a process that requires time and commitment to bring about sustainable changes and growth.
