Coaching at Scale: The Self-Coaching Revolution is Powered by Human and Artificial Intelligence (Part 3)

"I feel so extraordinary - Something's got a hold on me - I get this feeling I'm in motion - A sudden sense of liberty" - George Michael singing New Order's True Faith

And we hypothesized that we could start applying Artificial Intelligence for Scaling Agility for tasks and challenges that are Low Risk:

Now, I would like to share a favorite topic of mine - The Self-Coaching Revolution! All my clients have confronted the challenge of Coaching at Scale when Leading Scaling Agility initiatives! The sheer cost and logistics of providing this benefit to all employees in the throes of Deep Organizational and Personal Change are daunting.

"I remember sitting across a senior leader (with 2000+ staff) in the Financial Services industry at year end and sharing that the annual coaching budget would jump 300% to over US$10 million"

The emergence of powerful Artificial Intelligence apps has created a dramatic shift in the ability of enterprises to offer Coaching at Scale to all their employees at a fraction of the earlier cost. This requires the individual employee to be in charge of and directing their own Self-Coaching Revolution powered by Human and Artificial Intelligence.

To prove that this can work, I tested an app called Bunch.AI by BUNCH for 100 consecutive days and was completely blown away by the guidance and results. Hat's off to the BUNCH team, Darja Gutnick and Anthony Reo , for a great app!

While investigating this movement, I was curious why this approach has caught on so fast. And so, I asked ChatGPT!!
