I want to thank you for your work in the world and your engagement with me in 2022!?I look forward to deepening our connections in 2023!?

I also want to update you about my executive leadership coaching practice.?While I have been coaching since 2004, It wasn’t until 2021 that I started coaching full-time.?I completed my 2nd full year of coaching and am excited about 2023!

During these last two years, I’ve gained much clarity about the coaching work I do in the world.

In my coaching practice, I specialize in:

• Strategic thought partnership with senior leaders: Are you a senior leader who resonates with the phrase “it’s lonely at the top?”
• Helping emerging leaders make career transitions and define their leadership strengths and growth opportunities: Do you want to move up or on while also developing your leadership skills?
• Partnering with public health organizations to utilize coaching as a tool to engage and retain staff: Do you know that while many people come to me for coaching to leave a job, through the coaching process, many find ways to engage more deeply and stay in their job?
• Strategizing with people who are changing their mindset about the role work plays in their lives: Have you lived your life focused primarily on work while the rest of your life is something separate, an afterthought? ?Do you want to change your lifestyle to one in which work is one aspect of a whole life? It’s a subtle shift in mindset but one that changes the entire way you live your life.
