Recently, the Grow Asia-CPSA team initiated a comprehensive mentoring and coaching session as part of the Strengthening Rice Value Chain Project. The session aimed at enhancing leadership, business planning, marketing strategies, financial management, and agricultural practices for the agricultural cooperative leaders in Kraing Lvea Commune, Chumteav Chreng Village, Samaki Meanchey District, Kampong Chhnang Province. The session was designed to equip the cooperative with the necessary technical support tailored to their specific needs, thereby fostering improvements in their management systems and business planning effort.
Mr. Kong Meng, Chairman of the Board, shared his enthusiasm about the workshop's impact, stating, "This mentoring and coaching session will bolster the cooperative's capabilities in strengthening its management and ensuring transparent financial records. This, in turn, will facilitate the cooperative's efforts to secure funding, thereby aiding in the enhancement and expansion of our business operations."
