1 个月What distinguish a mentoring relationship over a coaching relationship is the possibility of building a long lasting friendship based on genuine love (professional one and not romantic one of course). That is why in my opinion chemistry between the mentor and the mentee Is a must prior to commencing the journey of mentorship.

1 个月I do not think the author/s of this article has/have any real mentoring experience. Coaching is not better than mentoring. To claim so is an attempt to sell coaching as an elite pursuit from a self interested and self promoting of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership who assert that Executive Coaching is a class above and beyond Mentoring.
