“COACHING A FOUNTAIN”
At this phase in my professional life, I have embarked on an exciting journey of becoming a Coach by building upon my experience thus far with “The XMonks Tribe”.?The program “?The Art and Science of Coaching by Erickson Coaching International”by Gaurav Arora ?has been deeply impactful and every single ?moment one is thinking, evolving, grasping, understanding and trying to become a better version of oneself.
?The metaphor which symbolizes the beginning of this journey that comes to my mind is “Coaching… A Fountain”!
A fountain is not restricted to a single shape, size or structure, it tends to continuously change form and shape with water, pressure, push, and further dimensions like dancing to sound and light.?There are infinite elements and aspects which can be added to further enhance the beauty and magnanimity of a fountain. A fountain indicates movement, vibration, displacement, change and life. These elements bring out a unique perspective to the fountain.
?Similarly, a fountain can be compared to what Coaching can do for Coachee to bring about a metamorphosis in the life of a Coachee. The Coach is the catalyst which pushes the Coachee to evolve, transform, recalibrate out of her/his comfort zone and experiment with new/undefined boundaries, at a pace and a space ?she/he decide.
?Coaching is a tool to make a Coachee delve deeper and truly introspect her/his inner being and what is she/he wanting to take out of the Coaching relationship….. at a pace defined by the Coachee. ?What is the inner reflection that the Coachee wants to see and how can she/he move out of a certain space and seek clarity, remove blocks or blind spots on all important aspect of their life.?

The program has me totally committed towards this journey and the larger purpose it serves involving change, evolution, transformation and last but not the least IMPACTING the lives of people whom I may help towards achieving their life goals.
