Many of you have likely seen an ad or two from my company while scrolling Facebook or YouTube.
Most of the time, the comments are super positive and full of folks that are interested in learning more about property preservation.
About 5% of the time, the comments underneath an ad start to go left…
Generally, when this happens, the troll typically writes something along the lines of this…”wow, online courses are the new hustle because everybody is trying to sell them. I should go make a course and get paid for it.”
Kinda like this example below:
FIRST of all….
FACT #1:
95% of all online courses fail. I mean fail as in NO ONE buys it and the course creator loses money trying to sell the program. Facebook will take your money for ads but it’s on YOU to get the ads done correctly. There are no refunds. Ever.
FACT #2:
I have NOT made more money from online courses than I have from actually running a property preservation business.
BUT-
I certainly will.
At the end of the day, my goal is to create more money from what I know than what I do.
P.S. - That should be the goal of every entrepreneur - that’s my 2 cents anyway.
As a matter of fact, I hopped into the online course world at the end of 2016.
Here’s what I made in 2016 from property preservation.
And...here’s what I made in ALL OF 2017 from online courses.
That number actually went up for 2018 but still I wouldn’t call this making a killing, right?
Now, if you’re wondering how in the world did I jump from $82K in 2018 to almost $800,000 in 2019 - well, I have two answers to explain this jump.

So, now back to this coaching stuff - you may be wondering to yourself, just how much of an investment this coaching was. Let’s just say that it is a MINIMUM of $8,500 per MONTH and that includes a discount because we go way back lol.
Fast forward to now, where through 6 months of 2020, we are still on track to more than TRIPLE my revenue this year. In hindsight, of COURSE that investment totally makes sense...NOW.
When I was staring down the barrel of $8500 per month MINIMUM, that “felt” like an incredibly risky move to make...but without investing in myself, I knew I couldn’t get to that next level.
So I made the choice to say YES to my future, YES to my dreams, YES to creating generational wealth for my family, and YES to a scary financial investment that I could have never pictured myself committing to, even a year ago.
READ THIS PART VERY CAREFULLY:
? I have NEVER invested this much into coaching in my entire life
? I have NEVER even thought paying this amount was a remote possibility
? I did NOT have this type of money “readily available” in the beginning
? It was a huge financial AND mental stretch
?To be honest, my knee-jerk reaction, for about 2 seconds, was along the lines of: “man, if you don’t get tf outta here.” ??????
HowEVER...After I got all my emotions out of the way, I realized the following:
I had done everything I knew how to do on my own and I was out of ideas.
I was NOT where I wanted to be as a successful entrepreneur.
I was getting the same results over and over - I wasn’t progressing.
My coach was 100% confident that he could help me. And what I mean by “confident” is he didn’t even blink when I mentioned my revenue goal of $2.5 million for the year, because he could show me a clear PLAN ON PAPER for how we would get there.
So, I jumped and it has been the single BEST decision I have made as a business owner.
Similar to my hesitation about paying for coaching, many of you are on the fence about whether to invest $1,997 into the Property Preservation Mastery course.
