This week, I had a lively conversation about Coaching with Christy Maxfield, Purpose First Advisors, Mindset Answer Man Cliff Ravenscraft , and dean of the Non-Sleazy Sales Academy Annie P. Ruggles. We talked about the art, craft, and state of coaching.

Christy, Cliff, and Annie shared how they came to coaching and lessons learned, as well as a ton of motivation when it comes to finding your path, cherishing yourself, and so much more.

#Goals

• Cliff: Double the highest rate you ever charged, and propose it the number of people you typically reach out to every month. The goal is to get no's and keep going.
• Christy: Get clear on who you are here to serve. You are not here for everyone. Also, if you put extra steps in your sales process, that you do not need, get rid of them!
• Annie: Practice radical self forgiveness. Stop beating yourself up for mistakes, keep moving forward. You are a precious commodity. Cherish yourself.
• Overall Goal: Ask for more money, ask for it now, and do your work with authenticity.

Final Thoughts    

• Annie: Lean into your ethics and integrity. Let's uplift the coaching industry!
• Cliff: You are way more powerful than you dreamed or imagined. Seek the awesomeness within you. Bonus Goal: Meditate 10 minutes for 30 days ,and see how that changes you.
• Christy: Echoing Cliff, you are fully prepared the way you are. Just start.
