With the upheaval the world has gone through (and still is!), most executives exhausted their physical and psychological resources. They do feel more and more concerned about the quality of their lives and they also feel they have to carry the “burden” of their own teams’ well-being.

What I’ve seen in many people’s reactions is what I call hyper-reactivity. It feels that everyone is so close to the edge of their anxiety and overwhelm thresholds and that people are reacting to each other instead of responding to each other.

As leaders of organizations, our responsibilities go beyond delivering results. Our responsibilities are mostly about being the light in the tunnel in order to show the path for those who might feel lost or afraid.?

To do that, leaders need to feel grounded and confident and not letting their emotional state override their thinking and observing mind. ?Now more than ever, well-being – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual- needs to be in the top priorities of any leader’s life.?

?3)????Managing your time efficiently to become more productive, make a bigger impact at work and have more space for your personal life.

?4)????Learning tools and strategies to develop mindfulness, resilience and confidence even in the most challenging situations.

?5)????Developing your performance level to make consistent wins with your team and enjoy that great feeling of accomplishment.

Together, the above 5 points make up the system that I use get leaders from overwhelm and confusion to confidence and a sense of purpose about what they want to achieve.

In the program you get 1-on1 calls, assignments and resources at the end of every call. You have unlimited access to me by email. We meet twice a month for 60-75 minutes each time.

This service gets best results for senior leaders who are pretty established in their career and might be starting asking themselves the question “what’s the point of all this”. I work with executives from great corporations such as the Boston Consulting Group, Salesforce, Google, Capital One, Facebook etc.
