Coaching in the AI age

Heres a BCG article that talks about the impact of #genai in the enterprise. Other than obvious areas(like training employees), there clearly needs to be an area that warrants #corporatecoaching. Employees need help to increase their confidence and reduce their anxiety.

As the statistics show, the more employees use, they feel more comfortable. And the increased usage comes not just by training alone. The enterprise( Managers, Leaders, L&D, HR teams) have to spend time and convince their employees that this new technology is a friend, not a foe. The fact that it can help them work smarter and free up their time to work on more strategic stuff! This has clearly emerged as one area where #Coaching can do wonders in the corporate space.
