Coacharya 'EVOKES' Spiritual Intelligence
Dreyvan Dayse, PCC
Positively impacting the 'hearts' of people, businesses and organisations to create unprecedented results is my passion
Today was a truly extraordinary day—one that will remain etched in my heart for years to come. For the very first time, I had the incredible privilege of meeting so many of my learners in person. These are individuals with whom I have shared a deep learning journey but had only ever connected with virtually until now. Seeing them face-to-face was nothing short of magical.
Equally special was meeting the entire Coacharya staff. After interacting with them for the past 4-5 years, finally connecting in person felt surreal. The warmth and camaraderie they radiated were beyond words. It was a humbling experience to stand among such dedicated and inspiring souls who form the backbone of Coacharya’s and Coacharya Foundation 's vision.
The conference itself was a revelation. One of the most fascinating aspects of the day was the series of panel discussions. Each panelist brought a unique perspective, and every session was illuminating. However, there was one particular discussion that transcended all expectations and left an indelible mark on me.
This was the panel on the role of Spiritual Intelligence (SI) in the social sector, featuring Harish Devarajan, Brinda Adige, Bindu Vinodhan, and Aarti Madhusudan. Their collective consciousness and authenticity touched a profound chord in every single person in the auditorium. The way they showed up and what they shared exemplified the very essence of embodied SI, and it was deeply moving. It felt as though they reached into the very core of our being, evoking something pure and transformative within us. The theme—“Evoke Your Spiritual Intelligence”—truly came alive during this discussion.
As I stood there among over 200 coaches, mentors, learners, and facilitators, witnessing the moment unfold, I experienced a rare and powerful sense of collective awakening. The standing ovation that followed was not just a gesture of appreciation—it was an expression of reverence, a celebration of the transformative power of human connection and spiritual intelligence. I had goosebumps as the room came alive with this collective energy. It was, without a doubt, the most precious and impactful conversation I have had the privilege of listening to this entire year.

Throughout the day, I was struck by the seamless integration of themes like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Spiritual Intelligence (SI). The conference explored how these seemingly contrasting forces can not only coexist but also complement each other in meaningful ways. The insights shared by the panelists were both profound and thought-provoking, challenging us to envision a future where technology and spirituality converge to elevate human potential.
What truly set this experience apart, though, was the warmth and positivity that emanated from every single person present. The leadership team, staff, faculty, trainers, learners, and associates of Coacharya embodied the conference tagline—"Evoke Your Spiritual Intelligence"—in the most authentic and heartfelt way. Their passion and dedication created a space where deep connections could flourish, making every moment feel special and purposeful.
As I reflect on the day, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Gratitude for Coacharya, whose vision and efforts made this unforgettable experience possible. Gratitude for the beautiful souls I had the honor of meeting, each of whom enriched my journey in profound ways. And gratitude for the universe, for aligning everything so perfectly and gifting me this day of connection, learning, and transformation.
In a world where moments like these are rare, I feel incredibly blessed to have witnessed such an awakening of collective spiritual intelligence. Today was not just an event—it was a deeply transformative experience that reminded me of the power of human connection, shared purpose, and the boundless potential of the human spirit.
One word encapsulates everything I feel at this moment: Gratitude.
