Coach to WOW Customers!

WOW clients and they will refer new business, give you more business, and help you reach your goals! This webinar track teaches a step by step system that will deepen prospect and client relationships by demonstrating specific actions the competition will never even think about doing. Here is a list of the suggestions that enbale companies to WOW their clients:

1. The greatest detriment sales and customer service people hide behind that will become your advantage is handling angry customers. If we can change their relationship from I wish they would just go away to "how can I win them over" a distinct advantage will be achieved.

2. Execute specific WOW actions that are so simple but will blow your prospects and customers away leaving them to NEVER ask you for a price discount. For example, send an article about the company or about an employee's child who is in the newspaper.

3. How you can use Google features to help your clients succeed and NEVER look at a competitor again! Set up a GOOGLE alert for clients and prospects and send when the info comes in and they will love you for it.

4. Set up advanced searches in LinkedIn NOT for you but for your clients. Print out valuable and pertinent profiles for prospects and clients and watch the relationship grow.

5. One client of ours would send cheesecakes to their client's job sites (they sell equipment to construction companies) to help welcome the new equipment. You can imagine which product they recommended when asked down the road.

6. Send one thank you card everyday mentioning something specific from a conversation. This shows appreciation and that you are listening.

7. Make sure you share your client's news from facebook, Linkedin, their blog, etc. to the rest of the world, etc. They will see it and appreciate it.

The key is to do things most will not. The key is to do things most will not even think of. The key is to NOT let the typcial excuse "I don't have time" enter your mind. If the competition does this stuff and you don't have time who will win in the end?
