Ciarán: When I started my coaching training, I had all these ambitions and dreams that I was going to get hundreds of people, maybe stand up on a stage in front of thousands of people and help them. And that's all I wanted to do was help people reach their potential. But once I'd finished my coaching training, a huge problem occurred, and that was I needed to learn how to become an entrepreneur.

And the problem is, there's nobody out there teaching coaches how to do the business of coaching, how to be an entrepreneur, and that will take up a massive amount of your time, and it can be lonely, it can be time-consuming, it's extremely difficult to try and figure it out on your own.

And that's one of the massive benefits I've received from being able to work with Sarah, it's that she short cut that whole experience down to just a couple of months. And now, I understand the whole system of being an entrepreneur, and now I can reach the people who I wanted to help develop into the best versions of themselves.
