?? Coach Ally, tell us about yourself! What is your life mission? What are you passionate about? What keeps you going?

I am a decluttering and mindfulness coach and a sustainability advocate. My dream is to be able to live sustainably. Through what I do, I am able to help communities nurture the earth by letting abundance flow where it is needed.

I love nature and the outdoors and I specifically love going to the beach. Traveling is like a prayer to me and an honor to experience God's creation.

I am a homeschooling mom of 2. I used to do Marketing for a global healthcare company for 10 years, assigned in the Asia Pacific headquarters in Malaysia for 5 years.

?? You wear many hats as a professional. You are a coach, teacher, speaker, workshop facilitator. How did the Center for Executive Coaching Asia-Pacific (CEC APAC) coach training program support you in what you are doing today?

Taking the CEC coach training program leveled up how I serve and coach my clients through the methodologies and tool kits made available. My coaching has become more impactful through the art and skill of asking empowering questions which are intensely sharpened together with the CEC community.

?? Tell us more about space care, well-being, and leadership. How do they all connect?

Our spaces affect us more than we are aware of. Most of the time, our spaces also reflect one's internal condition. Space care allows us to become more self-aware by becoming mindful of the decisions we are making (what we allow in our spaces), and being intentional with what we want to surround ourselves with. Here, we are able to practice self-care because you are allowing yourself to be in a place where you can be at ease, at peace, and inspired to move forward with what you want to create in your life and career.

?? How can busy professionals and leaders get started on decluttering and space care?

As a leader, your internal condition affects how you show up at work and to the people you lead. Intentionally creating a space for yourself, mentally, emotionally and physically, can allow a leader to stay grounded, clear and purposeful. If you think you need a decluttering coach and mindfulness teacher to help you or your work team, you can reach out to me through my social page, professional page, or visit my website.

?? Can you share an instance wherein your coach training and coaching community was instrumental in supporting a team or a client in reaching their goal/s??

I was able to design my coaching program in such a way that it will have a lasting impact on my clients. I wouldn't have been able to enhance my program to really help with expanding perceptions and improving behaviors if not for CEC.

When the intention is clear, the mechanism appears. - Brian Klemmer

In a world that constantly demands our attention and energy, the idea of space care may seem like a tall order or an unnecessary indulgence. However, as Coach Ally shared, it is essential to prioritize self-care and create a space that supports our well-being and growth. By taking the time to declutter our physical and mental spaces, we can free ourselves from unnecessary stress and distractions, allowing us to focus on what truly matters. Moreover, we learned that space care goes beyond just decluttering physical objects. It's a mindset that encourages intentional decision-making and fosters self-awareness.?
