Coach Martin eats Gipfeli?!??

Happy Monday!
This is the 32nd edition of Stronger Than Yesterday.
Meaning we left Switzerland 32 weeks ago. Time flies!
Since then, our location and apartment have changed over and over again.
However, other things such as the goal of this newsletter remain the same:
I want to give you insights into our digital nomad lifestyle and share tips to become stronger than the day before, both physically and mentally.
As always, I start with a quick update from Thailand
Last weekend was a decent one.
We went to the local night market.
We visited one of Thailand's most beautiful beaches: the Raley beach.?
We conducted a fitness class for kids.
We had our weekly pizza night.
And as if this is not enough already, I also took my daughter out for a fantastic brunch in a Swiss-Thai restaurant.
And guess what? I didn't just eat eggs and fruits.
I love gipfeli (croissants) and sweets, just like you.
And sometimes I eat way too much, too!
I'm just human.?
Why I'm telling you this?
To show you that even Coach Martin has those days when he craves sweets or feels like having a burger. It's normal, and that's okay.
And when you eat clean 90% of the time, you can get away with eating junk without harm.
But please read it again... I said 90% clean and 10% junk, not 90% junk and 10% clean... ;-)
Story Time
I bet you didn't know this... but GymPerformance has existed since 2014!
Since then, a lot of things have changed:
It went from being a side hustle to a real business with employees.
From sending out PDF documents to actual coaching with my own app.
From not making more than 300$ a month to making a living for me and my family.?
From this
to this
to this.
When I started my fitness journey, I was motivated by two things: performance and aesthetics.
The "aesthetics" part remained the same over all the years: I want to look athletic, muscular and lean. And I would lie if I said I don't love having sixpack abs. :)
The performance part, on the other hand, has changed over time.
In my early 20ers, I wanted to get strong and lift as much weight as possible.

I also wanted to do all those crazy bodyweight stuff like weighted muscle ups and doing the iron cross on the rings.
This is where the name "Gym Performance" and the first logo come from.
Over time, pure strength wasn't that important to me anymore, but my interest in work performance surged. I wanted to have more energy at work, focus better and get more things done.
And so we adapted the logo and separated "Gym" and "Performance" with a slash.
So on one hand, we now had "gym" as it's a crucial element in building an athletic body and managing energy levels.
On the other hand, we had "performance" which was referred to focus, productivity and clarity.
This concept was actually an idea from my brother from another mother Yannick Bl?ttler .
Some years later, my editor suggested a logo that is a bit more dynamic and looks more sportive.
And so I made a poll with my clients they decided this is the logo moving forward.
It looks more sportive but still has the slash between gym and performance that separates (but also combines) the two worlds.
This story may be interesting to you. If not, I just wasted 3 minutes of your life.???
Client Of The Week
This week I want to shout out Luka Wicki!
We started working together about two months ago, and he just cracked the 10kg mark!?
-10kg down in 2 months. Congratulations!
For a volleyball player like him, 10kg less is not only about aesthetics and wellbeing but also about his performance on the field.
He reported that he has more power, jumps higher, and has better endurance.
"How did he do that?"
By following his customized GymPerformance Diet Template and working out at home two to three times per week.
It's that simple.
I'm super happy with the results so far and can't wait to see where he'll be in a few more months. KEEP GOING, LUKAS!
Get my new supplement Katalyst Sleep FOR FREE!
A few months ago, I launched my supplement Katalyst Sleep.
Katalyst Sleep is a sleep aid supplement specifically designed for entrepreneurs and workaholics with high stress levels.
Only a few weeks later, I landed a deal with Sportbenzin GmbH , one of Switzerland's leading online stores for sports nutrition.
More information about Katalyst Sleep can be found on www.katalyst.ch or https://www.sportbenzin.ch/shop/katalyst/katalyst-sleep#/
The collaboration with Sportbenzin is a huge mile stone for me and to celebrate this occasion, I'm giving away two bottles for free.
