We are a quarter of the regular season completed. QCS is 2-2 at .500 Green Bay in home game #2 was a winnable game, but the Green Bay Defense play along with QB Perry off the Lead Draw in their Run Offense in their game winning drive was the difference in the 4th Quarter.

Objective Defensive Statistical Breakdown:

The GB offense consistently attacked the Defensive right in their game plan and adjustments in Run Offense. The QCS Defense had trouble stopping the QB Draw, QB Lead Draw and option the whole game. 4 rushing TDs allowed. QB Perry rushed for 65 yards for an average of 4.6 yards a carry with 2 rushing TD's. RB Cagle ran for 20 yards for an average of 5.0 yards a carry with 2 rushing TD's. GB went 5 of 6 in RZ. GB converted 3 of 6 (50%) of their 3rd downs. 1 of 1 on 4th Down. QCS had no sacks of GB QB Perry as only 9 passes were attempted with 5 completions for only 58 yards. 32 points allowed with the aforementioned QCS Special Teams Coverage breakdowns in allowing GB field position twice in the RZ.

Points of Emphasis: Better execution off DE Edge Contain with LB support to edge off chosen Front of 31, 32 or 33. Assignment, Alignment and Technique.

Second Unit Grade: Offense Ranked C-

Objective Offensive Statistical Breakdown:

The GB Defense had 7 TFL's for 25 yards at the mesh point and 3 Sacks for 18 yards. The A-gaps was successfully attacked by NT Mustin and LB Alexander. QCS only converted 4 of 11 3rd down conversions in not sustaining drives. Fourth Down conversions were 2 for 4 or 50% resulting in Turnover on Downs.

QCS averaged 3 first downs per quarter at a total of 12 for the game. Pass Offense was 14/25 at 55% rounded in completion success with a 3.3 level 1 average yard of gain. RZ scoring was 1/3 at 33.33 %. TOP was 31:36. 24 points scored.

Points of Emphasis: OL pass protection, Protecting the Mesh Point and QB play in Passing Offense must improve when meeting GB again.

Third Unit Grade: Special Teams D+

Objective Special Teams Statistical Breakdown:

Average starting field position off GB Kickoff's was the QCS 12 Yard Line rounded for the complete game in the QCS Return game. The average QCS return was 23.3 yards off 3 returns. QCS Kick Coverage was concerning in allowing a GB return average of 30.7 yards off 3 Returns in playing the QCS Defense on a short field. QCS left 6 points on the field in missed FG's of which one was blocked. QCS Kicker was flagged for two costly tripping penalties off GB returns in placing GB in the RZ goal to goal.

Points of Emphasis: Better breakdown, discipline and collapse in Kick Coverage. Convert critical FGs with better operational time and blocking scheming.
