Be a Coach and Conquer the World

The collective wisdom of minds that be is that the near future will be ruled by behavioural, communication, and right-brained skills rather than left-brained and technical skills. Even AI needs to be prompted.?This is the job skill forecast by global experts.

The age of technology is over. Ironically, the more the power of technology as in AI, the less the need for human intervention. We are past the tipping point to control this. The genie has been unleashed and cannot be bottled again. Let us look at the positives rather than what can be done to contain the genie. No jobs are going to be lost; more will be created, though in different spaces. The key factors to conquer the world are flexibility to relearn, resilience, persistence, grit, patience and critical creative innovation. Problem-solving and analytical thinking will be the domain of AI, not the human mind.??

All these skills listed by brilliant minds rest on three factors.

·??????Self-awareness through listening to your Being

·??????Application of this awareness creatively and generatively to societal needs

·??????Communicating this inspiringly and influentially without ego

Coach does all three. Good coaches will conquer the world. They need not know technology. They do not need to be problem solvers. Yes, they need to be critical, creative, solution-oriented thinkers. This coaching mindset will be used to create awareness in oneself and others to help solve problems, individually and collectively.?

Our most urgent problems are not individual. They are collective, societal, global, and in many senses spiritual. The problems are created through greed of wants and fear of missing out. The counterpoint is to flip the switch from selfish wants to selfless needs of others. A difficult switch, not impossible, and one that’s spiritual.?

Coaching ethos and mindset arise from an unselfish Self, which then expands into societal, systemic and spiritual spaces. Collaborative teamwork will replace warrior leadership. Democracy needs to evolve from the political to the spiritual space. We are at a tipping point in human consciousness to flip the switch.?

Internet expansion through portable phones, AI, Work from Home and all these developments in the last decade has shifted power from organisations to individuals. Individuals are not islands, and will not survive if we are. We may need to reform through ‘disorganised’ collectives for common causes. Coaching Circles can be such collectives.?
