What Caused Global Millennial Warming Knowing That "CO2 Climate Sensitivity Estimates" Decline Faster Than Atmospheric CO2 Level Can Rise ?

In 2 decades 2000-2020 atmospheric CO2 level was rising 45ppm/415ppm=11%=5,5% per decade.

In 1 decade 2002-2012 CO2 climate sensitivity went down from 5°C (Knutty2002) to 2,4°C (Schwartz2012) or (5°C-2,4C°)/5°C=-52% per decade.
