Will & Co and Orissa join forces in 2024

We are proud to announce that in the year of our 100th anniversary, we at Will & Co have strengthened our company with the highly capable and professional organization of Orissa.

Being a company with a strong standing in Personal Care, Home and Industrial Care, and Health Care, Orissa provides the perfect match with our current businesses in Specialty Chemicals, Food Ingredients, and Personal Care. Based on these three pillars of business, we look forward towards the future with great optimism and excitement for things to come.

Orissa Benelux was founded in 1978 and was led by Raymond Vredevoort for many years, who became the official owner in 1994 and changed the name to Orissa Vredevoort & Dochters. The company grew steadily as a distributor in the Personal & Home Care industry with a primary focus on Fragrances. In the early 2000’s, Raymond’s daughter Mariska took over the management and ownership of the company. In 2011 Philippe de Somere joined the organization and became Mariska’s business partner. Together, with their team of dedicated and experienced professionals, they further developed the business, expanding to other market segments as Home Care, Industrial Care and Health Care.
