Experience

Building Consciously with my wife has been a transformational journey. One that is second only to parenthood in its rewards and challenges. Our conversations as a couple eventually led to the realization that self-awareness is the cornerstone connecting leadership development and healing. Starting with just a few individual clients, we've nurtured Consciously into a community for coaches and counselors, fostering growth, collaboration, and co-creation. Clarifying our vision for Consciously was our initial hurdle; now, as we understand our roles as leaders, our focus is on evolving the business to realize the change we want to see and fulfill our collective purpose.

Learning

Patience is critical in business, but especially important when working with your spouse. Taking time to reflect, learn, and apply our learnings is crucial for growing together, both in your relationship and in your business.
