So the results from the 2018 American Customer Satisfaction Index rankings are out and all I can say is ... Wow! Based on their Investor-Owned Energy Utility Industry Survey, customers ranked CenterPoint Energy:
- #1 in Customer Satisfaction
- #1 in Perceived Overall Quality
- #1 in Customers' trust of the Utility
- an Industry Leader in Customer Loyalty (tied with Atmos Energy for #1)
- and an Industry Leader in Website Satisfaction (tied for #1 with NextEra & Atmos)
We've been on a multi-year journey to rethink and improve our entire customer experience to earn our customers' trust and brand loyalty. We've got more to do, but it sure feels great to see that customers are recognizing our efforts. Congrats to the whole CenterPoint Energy team who made this possible!
