Lynne is best known for founding and building a startup recruiting company in 2003, which has been recognized as one of the “Top Women Owned” companies by the Dallas Business Journal for over 15 years. Her leadership fostered a culture of collaboration and respect, earning her team a “Best of Staffing” designation for six consecutive years.

Her accomplishments also include receiving the DallasHR Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022, a testament to her influence and dedication to the HR community.
