Are CNC prototypes machining expensive?

I ofter heard many customer said our price is too high. Do you think CNC machining parts is expensive? Except for the material cost, and equipment maintenance expense, please consider the manual process. We have our manual process department in our factory. We have to clarify we are not small workshop. We have our cnc machining center. We have special manual process departments in our factory.
