CNC programmer?

We urgently require a CNC programmer. He should be Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 04-06years’ experience in 5 Axis CNC Programming (Preferably in Composite manufacturing industry).

Job profile: -

  1. Responsible for CNC Programming on Autodesk Powermill software (3 Axis, 3+2 axis and 5 axis programming). Part programming, jigs & fixture programming, program validation and part prove out as per drawing requirement.
  2. To Collect data from Project Engineer, Performing Gap Analysis, Risk Analysis, PFMEA, Generation of BOM, SOP etc. on assigned projects.
  3. Designing of tools using Power-shape & Catia V5 (Mould Tool, jigs, fixtures, templates, etc.), CNC programming, manufacturing and validation of jigs, fixtures & templates.
  4. Interacting with CFT (Estimation, Production, Quality, SCM, etc.) interacting with Customer for Successful completion of FAI’S.
  5. Timely completion of part programming, program validation and part prove out.
  6. Identification of cutting tools, providing inputs to project engineer for BOM preparation and ensuring timely availability of all tools.
