On 7/12/18 CMS released proposed changes to PFS and QPP programs CMS Proposed Rules. If enacted, CMS expects the changes to reduce clinician's administrative burden, improve access (telehealth), expand information sharing and focus quality initiatives on high value measures that impact outcomes.
