They actively learn from both successes as well as failures, connecting dots amidst shifting goalposts in real-time and don't care about yesterday's playbook.

2) Cultivating Creativity:

Today CMO's need to be strategic, they also need to have a healthy risk-taking appetite. They should be open to experimenting, pushing boundaries and innovating to find the ideal solutions. They need to know how to use creativity as their secret weapon in reshaping brands, businesses, and even?cultural narratives. Their thinking needs to transcends convention. Disrupting for disruption's sake is a dead end. True innovation lies in capturing demand and driving sustainable growth.

3) Adapting Relentlessly

We are in an era of extraordinary change. CMO's must be ready to face curveballs - circumstances far beyond their control. They must be ready to influence what they can while adapting to what they cannot, making real-time decisions amidst fragmented audiences and organisational complexities. Adaptability is every CMO's superpower, enabling them to thrive in strange, ever-shifting times.
