2) Cultivating Creativity:
Today CMO's need to be strategic, they also need to have a healthy risk-taking appetite. They should be open to experimenting, pushing boundaries and innovating to find the ideal solutions. They need to know how to use creativity as their secret weapon in reshaping brands, businesses, and even?cultural narratives. Their thinking needs to transcends convention. Disrupting for disruption's sake is a dead end. True innovation lies in capturing demand and driving sustainable growth.
