Once upon a time before the evolution of technology, there lived an English naturalist named Charles Darwin who coined out a mind-blowing phrase “Survival Of The Fittest”. Later Darwin got a visa to heaven but Earth and its inhabitants evolved and progressed into the twenty-first century strictly adhering to the so-called Darwinian Derivation
The coined four-word phrase from mighty Darwin created a substantial impact on Indians too. With Engineers working as Teachers, Doctors making their daily bread being entrepreneurs and with graduates who are employed in a sector on which they haven’t received graduation, Indian job market proved that we go hand in hand with the Darwinian Theory. From joining the army to a safe and secure government job succeeded by a sharp roll towards medicine and engineering and now finally making its trajectories towards the doorsteps of digitization, Indian employment trends demonstrated its flexibility and adaptability as per the changing current.
The word digital marketing was unknown to a majority of Indians until 2015. With our Prime Minister and his policies ready to drive the chariot of digitization underpinned by Ambani’s Jio, Indians got circumscribed inside the world of the Internet. Observing a population who wakes up and sleeps inside the internet, marketers left their traditional tools and sharpened the ones that could go inside a laptop or a mobile and influence users. Thus digital marketing kissed Indian terrains like a forest fire with ease and grace.

As with human beings, every member of this digital marketing family has contrasting character traits even though their goal remains the same, ie market out your client and make them come back for more.
SEO is a crazy fellow who follows the principle “Slow and steady always wins the race”. Involved in the business of websites, this folk is a scholar in maintaining websites by creating eye catchy title and description that always hugs a stellar content(On Page). At times, it works outside the website (Off-Page) to let people know that it has a website and later asks, what are you waiting for, cmon and have a look. Isn’t it beautiful?
SEM/PPC is an impatient guy who gets disgruntled when there is no flow of quick results. With a motto “Invest and then Harvest “ he has a propensity to peep into your wallet for the job done. Be careful and safeguard your penny as the restless SEM has the prowess to take even the deep-pocketed ones onto the verge of insolvency.
SMM is a fervent devotee of A.P.J.Abdul Kalam. He walks along with the famous quote of APJ, “I am not handsome but I have hands for some who need help”. With help, SMM is not looking to provide a free lunch, shelter or clothes but a cost-effective package of branding. It’s a brand factory having authoritative tie up’s with the splendid branches of social media. You come as a commoner and move out as a renowned brand upon which people put infinite trust.

With a plea to pull it back before it falls completely onto the pit holes of extinction, email marketing is breathlessly awaiting a grand re-entry.
