CMC marking progress on North Street Estate construction and will be ready by early 2021

596 North Street reaches a major milestone that foundation slabs for the main house, front porch and patio have been poured. Site backfilling is finished. Meanwhile, framing for the basement wall and 1st floor deck is complete, the work on the septic tank is underway.

Site supervisor at Fletcher Development mentioned construction was moving along smoothly. “Construction crews have been able to make up for some of the lost time from the halt in construction due to the stay home order” he said. “If everything goes according to plan, we should expect a "long winter of construction" with completion set for late spring next year.”
