CMAA National Conference - Carson & Carson Live Presentation!

We are presenting tomorrow, Sunday, September 12, at 12:45 pm, Eastern time, at the CMAA National Conference in Philadelphia, PA, on "Successful Design Scheduling", a topic that is very important in helping projects start and end successfully. This feeds into a series of presentations that I've been giving about our integrated project controls/design phase-gate approach along with advanced work package and good CPM scheduling sequencing.

This is particularly exciting to me since, in addition to my friends and ex-coworkers Aaron Fletcher and Noah Jones on the virtual call, it will be the first presentation that I've given with my son, Leo, on a live stage!
