PR Electronics system configuration with three collection tanks

In industries where multiple tanks store substances or solids, accurate level measurement is crucial for operational efficiency and safety. Equally important is the ability to monitor and respond to sensor wire breaks, ensuring consistent data integrity and system reliability.?

The system comprises three collection tanks, each equipped with a PR electronics 4116 device for level measurement. The end user views only the total fill level of these containers, necessitating a seamless integration and summation of individual measurements. This configuration not only provides accurate data but also includes a failure identification mechanism for sensor wire break incidents only visible to the supplier.?

Dry Block Temperature Calibrator by CMA D. ARGOUDELIS & CO S.A.

The temperature dry block calibrator KM-600 series with range of 20°C..650°C is used for calibrating a wide variety of temperature measuring instruments and temperature sensors.?Temperature sensors are typically calibrated by placing them in a stable temperature environment and comparing their output.

Calibrator KM-600 is a lightweight and shockproof structure, allowing us to carry it easily.

As far as the materials in it used are concerned it is a combination of aluminum and stainless steel which are the main materials of the calibrator’s construction. The controller consists of an easy-to-read LCD display with large, white PV characters and its type is auto tuned PID. On the display either °C or °F can be shown by pressing set buttons when you have turned on the calibrator. On the screen of the controller the default temperature is 20°C.
