CMA CGM To Offer Digital Forwarding In North India

French liner, CMA CGM, is implementing cutting-edge technology to stay ahead with the changing trade dynamics. Starting with Tughlakabad and Dadri, the liner will lead in a paperless movement across all Indian ICDs soon. Customers won’t need to come into an office to upload all paperwork for a digital rail forwarding note.

The next phase of the digitisation programme will include other India Container Depots (ICDs) in the region. The Dadri and Tughlakabad ICDs are the busiest in that region, but Concor plans to make them digital.

CMA CGM (India) is currently aligned with Concor’s processes for faster turn around time and improved efficiency in trade. To do this, Northern India Hinterland customers will be able to receive documents via the digital mode, furthermore available on ODEX.
