Clydesdale & Birks Residential Project - University of Exeter, Devon, England

We are delighted to announce that Exeter City Council Planning Committee has resolved to approve planning permission for The Clydesdale and Birks Residential Project, at the University of Exeter. The Outline planning application proposes up to 49,821 sq. metres of low carbon Passivhaus student accommodation (circa 1,500 bedrooms) and ancillary uses at the Streatham Campus, Exeter.
