We’re pleased to be working exclusively again with LGH and their commercial leadership team as we look for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their dynamic team based in Heathrow looking after some key branded mid-scale properties in the UK.?

The ideal candidate is an accomplished Multi-Property Revenue Manager with 3+ years' experience in a branded environment, looking for a new challenge.? Due to the nature of the opportunity, you’ll need to be highly analytical, commercially minded, and methodical in your approach as well as being well-versed in stakeholder management and have a customer-centric focus.? Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential.?

The Cluster Revenue Manager is a vital role in ensuring accurate pricing, reporting and analysis of the business activities in the hotels. The purpose of this role is to optimise revenue through engagement in rigorous, constant, and detailed evaluation and analysis. This role will report to the Senior Cluster Revenue Manager and provide enhancements to improve revenue reporting and forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering all aspects of total revenue management, for designated clusters of hotels, to achieve the budgeted objectives (revenue, profit contribution, market share)
• Analysing using history, demand, and market intelligence
• Responsible for strategy - yield strategies, pricing, and positioning
• Working closely with pricing, strategy, and reporting teams to capture insight, analysis, and recommendations to drive top-line delivery
• Managing the accuracy of rate loading in CRS/PMS is ongoing
