Clubhouse International World Seminar 2017
Clubhouse programs are one of the most effective approaches to rehabilitation and recovery for people living with mental illness. Research continuously demonstrates that our Clubhouse programs promote recovery, improve quality of life, increase individual empowerment, education and employment success and promote healthy lifestyles.
Clubhouse International World Seminar 2017 – the 19th biennial seminar -- will be held September 23-28, 2017 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. Participant will represent an estimated 330 Clubhouses from across the globe.
The seminar is an extraordinary learning opportunity for anyone interested in the Clubhouse Model and innovative strategies in mental health services. Plenary sessions, interactive workshops, and exciting social events will provide a compelling forum for the exchange of information and ideas among new and veteran Clubhouses, and others who are interested in our work.
