The latest version allows you to:
- Enable Your Clients and Staff to Order Tests With Ease: With a new intuitive workflow for submitting orders, all your clients need to do is select one or more catalogs from the list available and press “Submit Order” to place a test order through CloudLIMS’s Client Portal. Once an order is placed, the tests associated with the selected catalogs, along with the corresponding sample types for each test, are automatically added to the corresponding modules. Similarly, you can place service requests on behalf of your clients directly from the Samples module of CloudLIMS.
- Print Requisition Forms: Now, you and your clients can effortlessly generate and print a PDF requisition form containing all the order information as soon as a service request is placed through CloudLIMS or its Client Portal. So, when your clients ship samples to your lab, they can easily include all the necessary order details by simply attaching the printed form. Moreover, you and your clients can also reprint the requisition form for an existing order, if required.
- Pin Specific Catalogs for Quick Access: Prioritize and pin specific catalogs at the top of your catalog list, for easy and fast access to important catalogs. No more sifting through a list endlessly to find the catalogs you need. Simply choose the catalogs that are most popular with your clients and click the “Pin/Unpin Catalogs” button to pin them to the top. Reprioritizing the catalogs is just as easy—press the same button to unpin the catalogs and organize them as you like.
