No matter who you interacted with at Monarx, we all sincerely appreciate your time, passion, and outlook on the industry.

Another CloudFest in the books and although it’s awesome every year, I must say it just keeps getting better. Thanks to Christian Jaeger , Soeren von Varchmin , Johannes Gottschlich , Alina Sauer and the entire CloudFest team for putting the incredible event together.??

You’d think working from early in the morning until well, early in the morning for a week would be a dreaded event, but the complete opposite is true. It’s packed full of good business and better friends who make it a blast.

Some highlights: starting off with a bang at Burgers and Gin Tasting (yes, that’s correct) that the Extendify team arranged followed by dinner right after with an amazing list guests.

The Monarx Executive dinner with some of the industry's finest executives is always a pleasure and of course can’t leave Bierfest off the list.?

Last and not least all the scheduled and improv meetings with so many great people. Thank you all, and see you next year!

It's always worth the trip and always worth the cost to get the opportunity to connect with some of the most creative and diverse people on the planet. Dozens and dozens of languages spoken all talking about the same thing - Innovation.

I love the role we play in all that. We are crime fighters, offering the best cyber security solution on the market for #webhosters. And here they all are, under one roof! So fun to connect with our amazing current partners and exciting to meet with future partners as well. Love the passion and excitement everyone seemed to have. Love the genuine and friendly spirit as well. Lots of deep conversation, laughs, shared meals, and dancing the night away to an Abba Cover band!?

I enjoy the micro-moments at CloudFest. From waving to Divjot Dhingra 42 times in passing (without making eye contact) to spending time with Dan Roby & William Lewis at our booth, the conference kept me busy and fueled my desire to engage.

I’m a huge fan of smaller events (and always have been), which is why I am nominating the i2Coalition Event as my #1 event. It’s almost like time traveling back to 2010, before web hosting was known as web hosting.

Since we are talking about legends, my list of prehistoric encounters includes:

David Snead , Sam Renkema , Andrew Koloadin , Pulkit Gupta , Rob Golding and many more. If I had a participation trophy to hand out, you’d all get one.

Most (on the above list) are probably too old to remember, so I tagged them for future reference. And for a few on the list, welcome back!

Great to be back at CloudFest 2024 to celebrate 20 years of SALUTI!? With the smartest people on the planet, where we all gather for a few days of working hard together and partying like we just saw each other a few days ago. As we each venture back into our corners of the world we bring back the memories of another successful gathering at CloudFest and already looking forward to our next gathering.?

We tip our hats off to the wonderful teams at CloudFest for making everything seem very well-planned and extremely coordinated with ongoing improvement every time. See you at CloudFest USA in Austin, TX!

The creepy AF mask meeting room. I only had one meeting there this time but it's always a pleasure to walk all the way to it, hyping the experience the whole way, and see people shocked by how much worse it is than they imagined.

The turnout to and reception of my talk on Wednesday afternoon. There was an intimidating level of applause at the end and the room was slammed with people. The session went 10 minutes over because people had all kinds of interesting questions.

Oh, the dinners. I had some fantastic conversations with people at the dinners I attended. Sara Laurell from Loopia, Dr. Christian B?ing from Contabo , and Petter Lund each offered very unique but quite good dinner conversations. Monday with Dan was great too but less "cloudfest" and more "he's a good dude".

CloudFest is always a blast and continues to get better each year. Catching up with some familiar faces and meeting folks I’ve only seen digitally is certainly the highlight.

From waking up to the harbor themed music in the Bell Rock hallways (now permanently stuck in my head) to ending the night at the Colosseo every day is packed with good conversation and enough #Weissbier to last until next year.

My only real complaint would be the amount of time I have to spend traveling with Patrick Duke-Rosati and Robert Seger - I see those guys plenty as it is.
