CloudCoCo Coronavirus Update

CloudCoCo Coronavirus Update

Following on from our recent communication we have been monitoring the development of the Coronavirus outbreak and the advice and guidance issued by the UK Government, Department of Health and Social Care, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.

Later today, we will be implementing a mandatory remote working policy for all staff and have suspended all non-business-critical travel. By implementing these measures, we expect to reduce the risk to our employees whilst sustaining the ability to support our customers.

We understand that in these concerning times you may have questions about your business continuity in the event of a major incident. At CloudCoCo we have existing tools in place to manage our customer estates both pro-actively and remotely and in the event of any service outage, our engineers will exhaust all options to resolve faults remotely in the first instance. In the rare event that services cannot be restored and a site visit is unavoidable we will work with you closely to arrange this. Our engineers are being provided with protective equipment and all steps will be taken to resolve any customer faults while protecting the health of all concerned individuals.

We continue to work with our supply chain to ensure that they have equivalent plans in place and clear visibility of any potential impacts. The current status of our supply chain is positive, with key suppliers giving us strong assurances of uninterrupted support over the coming months.

As always, providing a hyper-responsive and quality customer experience is our priority and our staff remain on hand to assist with any issues in the same way. Our contact details remain exactly the same and we will continue to provide updates based on the emerging advice over the coming days and weeks.

If you have any immediate questions or require any further information, we ask that these are directed to your Account Manager in the first instance.
