Product Updates

Cloudbyz eMVR - Electronic Monitoring Visit Report module has been enhanced by defaulting the responses from the feasibility survey to the site qualification visit.?

Similarly, the responses will default from site qualification visit to site initiation visit and further to interim monitoring visit. Furthermore, we can also default the responses from IMV 1 to IMV 2 and then IMV 2 to IMV 3, this defaulting process will go on till the end of all the monitoring visits.?

This new feature will give an added advantage to the monitors as they are not going to fill the monitoring reports from scratch instead they need to make necessary changes to the report as all the responses are defaulting from previous visits.

Product Feature Highlights

EDC (Electronic Data Capture)

• Data push: Ability to push data from one instance to another, which typically involves transferring all the data from a source instance to a destination instance, ensuring consistency and synchronization. This reduces the time and risks involved in the creation of data in real-time.?
• Autosave Control: Ability to enable or disable the form auto-save functionality based on the nature of the study. We can also set the time intervals (in seconds) at which the form data should be auto-saved, which enables the user to customize the frequency of auto-saving and ensure that the data is regularly saved without disrupting the workflow.

ETMF (Electronic Trial Master File)

• Cloudby eTMF is enhanced with bulkification of the folders and documents to handle very large studies, through this enhancement the operations that have been bulkified in eTMF are Create, Move, Update, Search, and Delete.
