However, the lack of an integrated system to manage clinical operations and provide much-needed visibility across studies was proving detrimental to its growth.

Product Update

The recent updates made to the system are explained below:

1. Ability to define resource plan based cost estimations in Budget: Resource plan based cost calculation has been introduced in budget management. Unit costs for tasks and procedures in the budget can now be calculated through a combination of fixed per-unit costs and costs based on resource loading by role.
2. Ability to configure the fields that appear in the budget wizard: Budget wizard has been made highly configurable with the ability to set the fields that will appear at Budget header details, Budget line item details as well as the columns in the Task table. This configurability is applicable at organization level.
3. Flexibility to define overhead cost and withholding cost percentages at individual task level: Although the overhead cost and withholding cost percentages established at the budget level served as defaults for all budget lines and subsequent tasks, users now have the flexibility to modify these values at both the budget line and individual task levels.
