1. MedDRA Enhancement: Users can version the MedDRA according to each account, project, or clinical study. Additionally, it allows users to select the dictionary type for coding, which can be either library-based or API-based
2. Submission Enhancement: During submission of regulatory reports (E2B R2 XML, CIOMS PDF, etc.) this feature allows users to filter out the cases, which require submission according to the regulatory timeline, and review them
3. Submission Preview: Allows users to preview all of the cases in the desired regulatory report at once. The preview can be viewed and exported in either draft or final form for the report submission process?
4. WHO DD Dictionary Integration: This enables the Medical coder to code with the industry standard, World Health Organization Drug Dictionary through an API integration?

The company provides clinical trials services in early phase dermatological safety studies . These early phase clinical trials are often complex and come with their own set of scientific and operational challenges. In order to overcome these challenges, they were looking to digitize and centralize their study and site management activities.
