Who we are

?Cloud Tech Gurus (CTG) is a boutique, white-glove Master Agency. What is a Master Agency? It is a consortium of solutions providers and a network of Agents who bring client opportunities to the suppliers in the Master Agency's portfolio. CTG has a portfolio of vendors (which we call Suppliers) with best-of-breed, ultra-modern, next-generation solutions & technologies, with amazing value propositions and a spectacular return on investment. The Suppliers in our portfolio have a common theme in that they are centered around contact center, customer engagement, customer experience and periphery solutions. 

What we do for Clients

CTG is a “Technology Matchmaker” that makes the procurement process more effective and efficient – saving clients time and money while matching them with the perfect solutions providers to meet their needs and solve for their business outcomes. At no cost to our clients, we match them with one of our Advisors (expert consultants) to build out a scope of their requirements, pre-vet Suppliers in our portfolio to see who is a match, facilitate vendor demos and post-demo meetings, help with vendor selection and then monitor the implementation as an advocate for both the supplier and the customer to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Again, all of this is at NO COST TO OUR CLIENTS as we are compensated by our Suppliers. Our vendor compensation from each Supplier, based on the category they fall under, is nearly identical which allows us to remain vendor agnostic.

What we're paid by our Suppliers

Our commission from Suppliers ranges from 12% to 25% of the gross billable revenue, in perpetuity, for as long as the customer continues renewing their agreement with the Supplier.

What is a CTG Agent and what are the benefits

Simply put, Agents are individuals or companies (frequently BPOs) that have customers or network connections who are looking to source various technology or business solutions. They register these clients with CTG, make a warm introduction and then we help the client with their sourcing and procurement process. Once we've matched the client with the perfect Supplier to solve for their business outcomes, they've signed the Supplier Agreement and begun paying invoices, CTG receives our commission, out of which we pay the referring Agent 40% of the commission we receive, in perpetuity.

What is a CTG Advisor and what are the benefits

Advisors are expert, professional consultants, who typically contract with clients to help them with their people, processes and technology. CTG refers each new client we acquire, whether through our network, marketing campaigns or from our Agents, to an Advisor to project manage the client's process of sourcing and procuring various solutions. 

Advisor benefits include:

1. To leverage our amazing Supplier portfolio to solve for their clients business and customer outcomes
2. To receive new clients that CTG refers to our Advisors where they will receive a large residual commission for helping clients source/procure solutions from our portfolio

Advisor Commissions

1. For their own clients that they register with CTG, Advisors receive 80% of the CTG supplier commission, in perpetuity
2. For clients we refer to an Advisor, they receive 80% of the CTG Supplier commission, in perpetuity
3. For clients referred to CTG by an Agent, the Advisor receives 40% and the Agent receives 40% of the CTG Supplier commission

• Advisors can choose or decline to accept clients referred by Agents. The reason why they typically accept is that 30% to 50% of the time, while they are working with and building a relationship with the client, they end up winning a consulting contract to help the client with implementing the technology solutions they helped the client source, or to help them uncover other gaps in their business operations.
