Cloud Native DLP for SaaS Collaboration

Almost two years ago I left my role as CISO of Twitter and partnered with long time friend (and data scientist from Capital One), Amir Kavousian, PhD, to make a bold move and start Altitude Networks. I'd experienced the challenges of protecting sensitive enterprise data in an increasingly cloud forward environment and we knew a better approach was possible.

Today Altitude Networks is thriving...we're protecting millions of documents across our customer base and bucking the trend of cumbersome security products that require armies of personnel to administer and run - we deliver value on day one! We're excited to use data science to discover the specific risks to data that matter to a company. For example:

• Board deck shared with personal account instead of the employee account?
• Salary spreadsheets shared to the entire company by link instead of the HR department?
• Off-boarding employee downloading thousands of files of intellectual property to take with them as they leave the company?

These are just a few of the critical risks we see in our deployments.
