Jobs Description:

  • Investigate and resolve technical incidents with cross-functional teams, documenting procedures.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline cloud infrastructure management.
  • Monitor the performance of cloud-based systems, addressing availability issues proactively.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, network, and security issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on complex problems, collaborating with development teams for long-term solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in public cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/Alibaba).
  • Insurance work experience is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve cloud-related incidents effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
