Closure of Growth Accelerator

My advice to the 3,000 growth coaches who have been caught unawares by the sudden closure of the Growth Accelerator program, is to engage with your clients anyway.

Charge them the same fee they would have had to pay had they joined Growth Accelerator. Client wins. Then, to make up the lost fees that Growth Accelerator would have paid you from the government subsidy, agree with the client that they pay you a fee from increased productivity / profit / or a successful fundraising exercise. Client wins, and you win.

We are not all pigs suckling from the great breast of government. We are smart coaches, and our clients are entrepreneurs, right?

Just get in there and do it.

Onwards and upwards.

Action is the key to change and we all need to remember: JUST DO IT!... is a great mind set...And one that I obviously share with you Mr Simon Read;-) Its too easy (but unproductive) to sit around and wait for the chance of that perfect wave...when instead a bit of kicking up your heels and pushing ahead can truly drive you forward to greater things!
