Celebrating GXC’s Acquisition by Motive Companies

As we wrap up an incredible year, we’re thrilled to share a significant milestone from our ecosystem: GXC a graduate of our program and a leader in private 5G network solutions, has been successfully acquired by Motive Companies.

This acquisition marks a new chapter for GXC, allowing the Austin-based innovator to expand its reach and accelerate the adoption of its advanced private LTE/5G solutions across industries like logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, and smart cities. With Motive’s resources and expertise in renewable energy and infrastructure, GXC is poised to deliver even greater value to industrial customers seeking reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity.

We’re incredibly proud of GXC’s journey, from its early days in our program to becoming a recognized leader in private cellular networks. This milestone underscores the impact our startups are making in reshaping industries and driving innovation.

Celebrating Aira Technologies’ $14.5 Million Series B Raise

We’re thrilled to celebrate the recent success of Aira Technologies , a standout from our program, as they announced a remarkable $14.5 million Series B funding round. This milestone highlights Aira’s innovative contributions to applying AI/ML to cellular network infrastructure, paving the way for next-generation advancements in telecommunications.

Aira’s mission to revolutionize wireless telecommunications through AI-driven design, deployment, and control is transforming how Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) enhance efficiency and performance while reducing costs. With this new funding, Aira is accelerating its GenAI product roadmap and bringing to life its vision of a fully autonomous, self-learning Radio Access Network (RAN).

Their achievements this year have been groundbreaking, from receiving a Telecom Infrastructure Project Silver Badge for their AI-based channel estimation xApp to launching Naavik, a GenAI platform redefining network operations with conversational AI and advanced automation.
