7 年Agreed! The "yes" is simply the natural progression of the selling PROCESS! The process, starting with being prepared, must include uncovering the buyer's motives through great conversation, (i.e. Asking the right questions and activity listening), and matching a solution that differentiates yourself from the competition!!!
