A Closer Look

Marian Kobold , Account Manager, joined Vetio Animal Health at the end of 2022. She brings over a decade’s worth of experience in contract manufacturing launching new products, creating innovative formulas along with product launches and quality improvements. When she’s not working on building strategic partnerships with Vetio Animal Health’s customers, Marian enjoys spending time with her husband Jerry and her 2 pups, aka “perrhijos”. She has a creative side too; She loves to paint and every now and then likes to challenge herself by learning a new instrument. Right now, she is hitting the ivories with piano lessons.

1. What is your role at Vetio?

As an Account Manager I can assist my clients providing prompt and accurate information about our products and services. Make sure to maintain a strong partnership with them. I work with internal teams to ensure that my clients receive the best possible service and support, and continuously evaluate and analyze client data to improve their experience and drive business growth.

2. What drew you to this business and industry?

Being an Account Manager at a CMO is a role that I find very enjoyable. I like being involved in the product development process, from getting to know my clients, discussing their ideas and goals, and taking the product from conception to formulation, packaging, testing and finally seeing it on the store shelves and websites. It brings me great satisfaction to see a product I helped create and think, “Wow, I was part of that!

3. What advice do you wish you’d been given early in your career?

Let your background serve as a launching pad and not a hindrance to achieve greater things. Don’t succumb to “impostor syndrome”, you have the ability to excel in your job and beyond, just like everyone else who puts enough effort into it.
